Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Sales & Operations Intern to support our sales outreach and operations activities. You will be a key support resource for managing our ongoing business development tasks, coordinating internal delivery work, and helping ensure smooth execution of sales and operational processes.
This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are organized, communicative, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in SaaS sales operations within a growing tech company.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Support
- Engage with prospective clients (B2B) to introduce Rebind's product verification solutions
- Schedule meetings/demos for the Sales team
- Maintain client communication logs, follow-ups, and lead tracking in CRM
- Respond to initial inbound inquiries via phone or email
Project & Operations Support
- Coordinate between sales, tech, and operations teams for project handoffs
- Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and documentation
- Track project timelines and deliverables
- Help with internal operational tasks such as data entry, reporting, and process documentation
Process Improvement
- Identify areas for improving outreach effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Suggest and help implement organizational improvements based on observations
Client Relationship Support
- Provide support for client onboarding communication
- Assist in updating clients on project progress as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Organized mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable with client communication and relationship building
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Office / CRM tools)
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
Prior Experience:
Internship or exposure to sales, customer support, or operations is a plus (but not mandatory)
